As we reflect and celebrate 2019 with all of you, we also look forward to the new year in 2020.  We are currently in an important 2020 Strategic Planning Process in order to do more and bring more to our programs in the local community.  We anticipate important Board growth, new staff members, partnership and expansion in the community.

We could not do this without you and we are so very grateful for your support.  We are able to feed families and support our community because of you.  We are truly stronger together and we thank you!

On Sunday, September 22, we will honor our founder, Peggy Halderman, and you’ll meet people from our community who have been supporting and participating in all we do to help feed kids and their families who might otherwise not have access to healthy food.

The Drake Durkee Foundation Second-Annual Golf Tournament

I had no idea how i was going to be able to feed, house and clothe those children. Thankfully the parent liaison from my children’s elementary school referred me to The Fresh Food Co-Op. I was still a little apprehensive about using another food pantry due to feeling like a burden at other local pantries. It was so nice to feel at home going to The Fresh Food CO-Op and seeing other parents from my children’s school. The registration process took just minutes and the shopping experience was amazing. It was nice to see my children and my community having fresh fruit and vegetable choices that families like me may not be able to have otherwise. Thank you Fresh Food Co-Op!! -Nicol
